This tool was created to help any community answer the question: “How are Affordable Connectivity Program sign-ups going?”

Begin by entering a 5-digit zip code of interest in the box. The tool displays the actual level of Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) enrollment in the zip code area, the predicted level of ACP enrollment, and how well the area is performing in comparison to the norm. The difference between predicted and actual enrollment is an ACP performance measure.
